I had 10 organic blackberries, two bananas, a dollop of whey and a pint of milk smoothie for breakfast.

One hour later before my bike ride, a 250gram Sirloin steak swimming in baked beans.

Those hill climbs were a piece of piss

Off out in the drizzle to do an 11km-er whilst catching a sniffle.

Salmon and scrambled eggs then after.

I am on my third Chang with 2 litres of Oz white to follow. I have some Sang Som but no coke so I might just scream and bellow from the balcony till someone brings me some.

After that I am going to get annoyed with the world in general.

I've gone 8 grammes above and overindulged this Morning

There's also 30 grams of oats and 50 grams of low fat Greek yoghurt measured out there too and 894 Chia seeds

There are fine margins when trying to retain the figure of a Greek Adonis

^^ Are those those frozen berries from Makro? I've been having pretty much the same lately with a sprinkle of oats for my cholestrol.

Surprising how quick I got used to it and have even started enjoying these healthy breakfasts.

This is probably the least healthy breakfast you could have. But coming from California the home of little Mexican mom and pop diners. Would pay big bucks for one of these right now. Huevos Rancheros.

    ^ ^Big C, never thought about Makro.

I never use granulated sugar anymore, enjoy black coffee now too

I do à 4km walk to a bar and just buy a Coke no sugar, use their fan, leave sweat all over their chair and walk back. They love me in there

I was thinking the other day, I've hardly seen a dog on a leash here, just for guarding people's houses. Would be a good way of losing some timber mate, especially when you're teaching them to not pull

Train à few up to pull you back after a few voddies and Coke zeros

Makro in Korat do them, and those Greek natural yogurts.

My dogs get a walk on a lead every day, sometimes two.

Never thought about walking them to a bar. I reckon it could get a bit chaotic.

Same here. Was just thinking the same while making this morning's banana and berry muesli.

Gonna head out for a jog and see how far I get after it's gone down.

And haven't woken up drunk since drinking wine until 3am with Little Miss Pukey on Monday night.

    Cool.

Be wary and don't buy in bulk till trying for yourself. I bought the Macro frozen mixed berries once and they were very tart/sour in flavour. Had to use them up in a blender with banana and honey and whatnot to get rid of them.

^ True that. I've also drizzled some honey on these yogurt/berry concoctions.

But maybe the reason the other berries are sweeter is that they've added sugar anyway?

Gotta agree - those premix muesli can be pretty bad based on a very high sugar content and a lot of fat. Better to buy the base grains and mix yourself. And be sparing with the dried fruit!
