The chicken pie and mug o' Earl Gray I just scoffed suddenly feels very heavy. Though I did do 5km and 20 meters doggy paddle first.

We very rarely have bread at home lately, but this favourite breakfast really doesn't need it.

Whoa its hot. Got in a nice 1.5 hour jog, then a half hour cold shower. Cooked this up and demolished it with 2 bottles of water in 10 minutes..
