Got 1 kilogram of Neung's Cheddar in me fridge. Only cost 250b. Will have to write Aussie on the pack.

    ^ youve been robbed

Tbh . that one felt soft to the touch.
I prefer a nice crumbly sharp mature, so got some proper bloody Norvern cheese

@headworx - thanx for showing the pic of your saging, pulot & oatmeal. Very healthy!

Bcos of that, I may just post a pic of my elephant pants! No Crocs though. Lol.

@AO - when you saw me, I wore jeans since I was on traveling mode. When I'm in "exploring the city" mode, that's when the elephant pants come out.

My breakfast today was crackers, banana & tea. No pic of my boring meal, sorry.

These elephant pants... are they the same ones the Thais wear with the elephant pattern or just a normal pair of shorts where you pull your pockets out and ask folk if they wanna see youd elephant impression?

@Dill - it's the loose pants with elephant print that you see on many farang backpackers. Saw Chinese tourists wearing them too - they're the latest fad. For sample pics, see my Coron thread. Heh...

    Double yoker
    No muffin or hollandaise sauce
    So toast and spreading cheese.

Nice easy breakfast today seeing as it is Sunday

    Mushrooms on toast.

    Button mushrooms with fresh thyme

Dry pan fry to release water... a lot will come out. This concentrates the flavour and gives it real depth.

Finished off with a small knob of butter and it's done. Simple, very tasty and healthy.

Yes, that's a simple and tasty technique.
Might extend the body and flavour by simply braising them slow in a non-overpowering stock and butter.

My attempt at toast à l'avocat avec des oeufs (most things sound hi-so in French).

That looks really nice indeed. But I am so old fashioned I need potatoes. Plus I want an English muffin for my eggs Benedict. Maybe TC got over to Sausalito for breakfast or brunch at Freds. Right on Bridgeway...

Been going since I could drive.

Hard to beat half a pig's arse then lie down on the sofa.

Bit of toast for dipping in the egg yolk and I'll be over.
