My work isn't physical and the kids have flown the nest/back at Uni, so meals now are not driven by the feeling of feeding the 5,000.
Food is generally tasty but not large portions or particular times. Rice as a more regular staple I have learnt to love. Potatoes and pasta are reduced, bread only if freshly baked.
I felt I would get some abuse from the fruit/cereal/gym crowd but none so far.
