^Sounds very similar to what I had minus the 'shrooms and toms, toast and butter/jam, and coffee/OJ. Under 200 Baht at a favourite local place for pub-grub named O'Garas.

    Very nice!

You need all them calories for digging ditches all day.

In retirement I would lower my intake, or is that a lowered intake?

I'd been on the go since sunrise running on a coffee and a few bites of papaya, and as much as you won't believe me it was the Missus who suggested we go there on the way home from grocery shopping at about 10:30 because she likes their 3 egg omelette with cheese, bacon, ham, onions, and God know what else inside pictured below which she can never finish so I get about a third of that too I didn't eat again till a light dinner sandwich at 19:00, that breakfast is fucking huge. And no I don't normally eat such large breakfasts, thats the only place I go for such a meal and we'd go there maybe once every 5 or 6 weeks.

In recent weeks I've been reassessing my view that the Great British breakfast is the best in the world. I mean, it still is, but I've decided the distance isn't that great after I reacquainted myself with masala dosa and teh tarik in Malaysia's Indian joints last month.

Gotta agree with Mike about these filthy fukkin gungadins

I do remember actually enjoying one of the best curfies I've ever had at about 7am larupped and just getting back to the hotel in Petaling Jaya and thinking why havent i tried this before actually.

I'm sure something bad happened that day though, like shitting the bed

There is never a bad time for a ruby.
I have done, and will no doubt do again, curry for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great British food.

You soiling the bed is par for the course anyway.

^ I have to admit Dirk, that despite a lot of time spent in the North East (Scotland), I don't think I've ever had a macaroni pie.

One does not simply walk out of the Rose Street Casino at 4am without proceeding directly to the bakery for a freshly baked Macaroni pie.
