My disdain for local beef is no secret, but the local pork is bloody beautiful! Really enjoy cooking and eating it for any meal of the day.

A pork loin and potatoes for breakie is pretty hardcore.

Not after a 6 kilometer walk/jog. Now its about 44 minutes, so you do work up a hunger. Up at 515 out of the house at 6. Most mornings its just a poached egg on toast with cheese, but some days I am starving. The chop was only 100 grams, and then half a left over baked potato made into home fries.

Fuck knows why, but I thought about curried egg and lettuce sandwiches from long ago as a kid this morning and thought why not?

Curried egg, ham cheese croissant is an old favourite of mine.

I had a avocado and beetroot salad this morning.
