Thai German Meats do a nice streaky bacon. They also do a nice spicy sausage called Dixie. Cook both long and slow.

^Needs tomatoe, mayo, and 2 slices of bread

Had some pork butt steaks in the fridge and with marbling like that they were guaranteed to be tender, so why not make a pork-egg-bbq sauce toastie for brekkie.

Nice, I think I used to use TGM when I first got here and yes I remember they crisped up well. There were possibly only 3 brands that did bacon back then.

    Nah.

Beans put in a small bowl, grated cheese on top. Microwave for about a minute. Leave stand for a minute.

Will be, not this batch though it was made by mate of mine.

He's going to let me help on the next lot and I'll give it a punt after that.

I think you can pretty much get anything here online these days.

That being said not sure what he used for this lot I'll have to ask. He's an agronomist so it was probably something a bit different.

Most bacon in the US is smoked with hickory or applewood, so I was just curious.

Apropos of nothing, a heart attack feels like a very heavy weight, sitting on your chest. No stabbing pains, just a heavy pressure.....

Not for me. The other significant sign of me was sweating. I literally soaked through my shirt and drenched my ties.

That was me thinking it was just a hot walk to work in the morning. 555

Mate, never knew you've had a heart attack ... glad you've recovered well.

I've had 3 DVT's ... I'll write up my experience about that one day soon.

Apparently I was quite lucky, as it was a fairly massive one, followed by several hours of me saying (at work) it will wear off. 555. Apparently, not a good idea.
