Had some pork butt steaks in the fridge and with marbling like that they were guaranteed to be tender, so why not make a pork-egg-bbq sauce toastie for brekkie.

I think you can pretty much get anything here online these days.
That being said not sure what he used for this lot I'll have to ask. He's an agronomist so it was probably something a bit different.
