Retox started this tomfoolery with 99 baht breakfasts and where are they now.

Busted their arses to go bankrupt.

A Cup of coffee in Starbucks costs more then 100 baht FFS.

Are they hoping that people will stick around after the breakfast and get on the beer? I'm sure there would be plenty during pre-Covid times who would do exactly that during their 2 weeks spunking around Pattaya.

Is that your missus' plate and cuppa tea on the left?

    Birthday treat?

That'd be the equivalent of taking her to a Salvation Army soup kitchen in Oz, but with worse dressed alcoholics

Yes, it was actually her idea to go there for breakfast before starting our grocery shopping and my arm didn't take much twisting.

No, that's normally a booking at Cafe des Amis.

How's England? Haven't frozen to death or been stabbed by an Arab yet then?

Not yet, although I did buy a nice jacket last year...a stabproof one.

Was just looking at what I'd get for £2.18 (99baht) over here... Nearly 2 toast and jam
    Menu

A paeng makking £2.40 for a standard brekky although you are sat with old Vera the cook and workers in hi vis and workbooks instead of some old bandy legged hooker with tattoo everywhere and tits hanging out, whose just been tugging the manager off while serving you and a load of Geriatric diseased piss pot sex pests in Singha wife beaters and flip flops.

Good job I bought a bed pan and tray set after training the wife in the ancient art of frying

I am going to guess bacon and egg sarnie with HP sauce. But to be fair, it could be a sneaky gash shot.

Now I can see it on a large screen, I think you've picked it Watson.

Perfect! Right on queue Cyrille's here now to really add some credibility to Hal and Dill's points. As he's clearly the smartest of the lot, he's Moe

About as convincing as Chitty claiming he's doing 'sober October'.

That was definitely it. You didn't make a pretty embarrassing mistake at all. Nothing of the sort. It was bait.

    You're such a card!

Willy has definitely moved on to a new stage in his life.

A stage when he can’t really follow much or make much sense.

In real life he probably makes sure he’s standing up and near a door whenever he’s near people who actually work for a living.

Here he can be ‘braver’, and almost kid himself nobody sees right through him.

Poor willy - in a hostile country, family depending on him, everything falling apart…including his ability to communicate in his first language.

I think the neighbors complained about the obese Kiwi grilling on his balcony at all hours and he finally lost hope.

Are you mixing up PH and KW?

PH = Land of the long white cloud.

    KW = Wide brown land.

Could be wrong ... often are

You're on quite jovial form today, Dave.

Adding some much needed levity to the breakfast wars thread just when it was threatening to boil over and general cheeriness elsewhere.

Did you get a shag this morning?
