    ^ Stones firmly in pockets.

I have, often in the wee hours.

Thai Lassie made her one, for herself, this morning ... she's a keeper

FFS can anyone recommend where to buy a decent set of scales?!! Mine are on the fritz since last standing on them about 2 months ago and basically having done sweet fuck-all in the way of exercise or calorie watching since

Straight back on the Keto diet it is, classic breakfast and slow-baked ribs in the oven for later.

Jaysus - after all those great looking lo-carb meals, too.

Clearly there's a lot of 'undocumented' consumption going on here.

    LT pies and beer?

Firmly back on the Keto bandwagon again with immediate results. Couple of Pork Cumberland's for brekkie, Manstons brand and they're really good should you see them in a supermarket.

^Bangers are very good, can probably get them delivered online from one of the usual places. And it's not so much a diet as it is just cutting carbs out, as you know. Am in Ketosis already after about 3 days.

I'm getting a little tired of porridge and cereal every day, and besides, I found a couple of sausages in the fridge that needed using up...

I'd normally buy a healthy cereal...

But who could resist a bargain like this!

^^ That"ll be mostly water weight Good work mate, keep it up

I'm gonn start intermittent fasting from Monday, like The Rock, Hugh Jackman and Terry Jacks

You basically don't eat until midday everyday and finish at 8pm, then starve yourself for 16 hours. Although I should be asleep for half of that.

I'll start my weight training about 11am so I can get straight onto a protein shake.
