    Maybe we should ask the shrimps whether they prefer being lobbed live into boiling water before consumption, or gotten horribly pissed and then crushed between the molars of the carnivore.

    I ate it once years ago near Udon. We went to catch them in a pond with a small fishing net. Cannot say I like it that much. By chance we had also a small barbecued wild boar on the menu. More to my taste, it was delicious.
