    Dinner 17-4-06

Today is my last day of Songkran holiday. It seems every friends go back to work but I still have one day left to do something fun.

I ironed my clothes today then off to Japanese restaurant for lunch. After that I went to pay the bills and came home and thought about cooking for dinner.

Yes! At 5ish, I went to Tops around Asok to buy some stuff for dinner. It took me nearly 1.5 hours to get all I want.

After I got what I wanted already then it's time to prepare.

    Here's pork for Panang Moo.

    And these stuff.

No no, ^ it's not for Panang Moo.

And this one, I picked the wrong one.

Because of cooking alone then I had no time to take a picture in each step I did then let's see what my dishes looked like.

The first one, I don't know what to call it because I just put this and that together but it tasted quite nice.

The component is instant noodle, tuna steak can, babycorn and Thai parsley.

Sure, there's vegetable, it's called "Ma-khaue" in Thai. Not sure what it is in English.

Not usually in Penang. Eggplant in all its varieties is the word you are looking for. But I have never seen it in Penang only in Keo Wan.

I like a few veggies in my curries. A bit of potato, carrot and a few peas would've been just right.

Still, it all tasted good and I'm not ill today.
