Lambs liver, plenty of onions, mashed potato's, grilled tomato and spring cabbage.
Really tasty.
Did this roast pork dinner for the kids and myself last night.
Kids like apple sauce on the side.

I'm so depressed..... That stuff looks so good.
Cheese on toast slathered in Lea & Perrins tonight.
Last night was spaghetti with garlic, olive oil & chilli.
Baked chicken. Used crushed corn flakes, cayenne, parsley, cumin, celery salt, and pepper. Shake and bake like. It was OK. Then roasted spuds and carrots alongside.
Lunch:-
Nice piece of sirloin, cut thin for sandwiches, fried onions, two pieces of toast with best Irish butter, a jacket potato!

Delicious.
Kung Po pork & noodles.
Crispy baked chicken, baked spuds and carrots, spinach salad with chives, green pepper and mushroom slices with cumcumber-like dressing. Half a crusty roll. Glass of white wine, natch!
I had two chicken skewers (posh kebabs) and the midget had bangers & mash.
Grandson was working with me today, so Flobo was making two lunches plus her own, but she had that later.
She made me a Caesar Salad:-

For the grandson it was a fancy Pizza. I'm not into Pizza myself, but he and the rest of the lads, really enjoy them.

Kids today seem to like this sort of food.
Nice dinner for me tonight when I got home from the gym.
Fish in fancy crumbs with an egg batter, the fish was lemon sole.
Nice pot of tea from The Christmas tea pot as well. Nice to see that out again.
https://teakdoor.com/images/smilies1/You_Rock_Emoticon.gif
Carrots, asparagus tips, boiled potato's, grilled tomato. A lemon to squeeze over the fish.
Great meal.
This is how a real cup of tea should look before you add the milk as well.
https://teakdoor.com/images/smilies1/You_Rock_Emoticon.gif
I dug the rest of the carrots out of the garden today, about 2lb of them I would think, Flobo was washing and freeezing them this afternoon.
https://teakdoor.com/images/smilies1/You_Rock_Emoticon.gif
Milk added it's how it should look.
I'm concerned about the irregularity in food intake with other members.:)
I had a good day at work today, the grandson was with me as well and we got a great deal done.
Flobo was cooking for the two of us at lunchtime.
https://teakdoor.com/images/smilies1/You_Rock_Emoticon.gif
She made some Chicken Breast burgers and chips for the grandson.
I think he tried to kill them with tomato sauce as well.
I had a couple of bowls of soup that she had made, chicken and vegetables, it was really nice.
https://teakdoor.com/images/smilies1/You_Rock_Emoticon.gif
A close up here as well.
https://teakdoor.com/images/smilies1/You_Rock_Emoticon.gif
I'd a couple of really nice barm-cakes with the same.
These were good:-

Dinner tonight, bacon chops.
https://teakdoor.com/images/smilies1/You_Rock_Emoticon.gif
Flobo fried three of them nice and slowly. She also fried some thick sausages,
a jacket potato, a few beens and a couple of tomato's.
I had two and Flobo had the other one.
https://teakdoor.com/images/smilies1/You_Rock_Emoticon.gif
They were good, first class, tasted fantastic.
Bacon chops? Is that like really thick sliced bacon, or something different?
I havnt come across them before. Looks tasty though.
Fvckin hell Mathos do you live in the Penthouse of the Hyatt Errawan or sumptin.
Everything looks so delicious and well prepared and if this food is prepared by your missus you are a very lucky man. :)
Thanks for the pictures as well and my missus has been shown them as well (and without me saying a word).
I think we're too busy eating to dick around posting pictures of a bowl of rice or an egg.Quote:

English folk are renowned for their gastronomic superiority.
Don't even think of jumping in here mentioning The French either.
Any culture that dines on Horse meat, snails or frogs may as well get their sorry barbaric arses back to Vientiane and Saigon.
Those ancient French habits are still quite popular over there.
Their starter for weekdays.

They were once a familiar sight Panda.
Now the somewhat humble bacon chop has been given a new lease of life.
The particular ones that Flobo purchased from Dukeshill are top quality pork backs, they have been dry cured and sliced into medium-thick rindless slices.
Grilled or fried they taste superb.
It is notice in The UK of late that a great number of the meals well favoured during and for ten years or so after WW11 are making a come back.
Why not, they were really good.
This is a fantastic link. Brilliant produce. Flobo orders quite regular from there.

Thanks for the compliments regarding Flobo's culinery skills and my fantastic luck, appreciated.
She is a brilliant cook, prepares everything and enjoys the cooking, serving and the sight of my empty plate afterwards.
We kicked off living in a simple second hand caravan when we got married. No running water, bath or flush toilet either. Then, when we finally got to buy the house we are in now, It was a simple two up and two down. But it had a really decent piece of land attached to it. I have added to it over the years and it is a great place.
Main thing is, it's a home and that is more important than anything.

That's how it looks now.
Thats all that really matters mate and good luck to you and the missus. :)Quote:

All in a casserole dish and let it cook really slow.
The finished product with a bit of beetroot on a tray, in front of the fire.
https://teakdoor.com/images/smilies1/You_Rock_Emoticon.gif
Superb after a long days graft.
It was really tasty.
I hope your digging trenches or ploughing fields by hand. You'd need to be doing some serious labour to justify that feast.Quote:

Look at the piles of fat in that overflowing plate full.
And cannot you keep your placemat clean ?? my 3yo girl can keep it cleaner than you.
Oh dear, here we have a man who breeds unhappiness, particularly in women and children.
He is even capable of looking at a food tray, mistaking it for a place mat and attempts to cut out all the tumors of injustice.
Marvellous !
Well done Sir.
Here you are, no gravy, no splashes.
https://teakdoor.com/images/smilies1/You_Rock_Emoticon.gif
Now pay attention and look very carefully, can you spot the deliberate mistake?

Gee whiz....got so upset over your filthy eating habits that you had to bring up some rubbish about unhappy kids and wife.
Sorry I mistook your 'tray' for a mat....really obvious actualy if you look hard enough....that is if you can take your eyes away from the sludge on the plate.
Dig in......don't spill any this time.
