You would have a job even spotting that I guess, Lao.

The Sudanese seem to be the blackest Terry's All Gold blacks on the planet.

Makes you wonder if their emotional brain framework evolved differently too, since blushing is an evolved behaviour that imposes a cost on the individual by revealing their shame and embarrassment.

The supposed evolutionary benefit being that your genuine emotional honesty and worthiness is revealed at the same time; making you appear to be a good bet as a collaboration partner (from an honesty perspective) in whatever enterprise your prospective collaborator may be hatching.

If you can't blush then you cannot so easily reveal your shame (emotional honesty) and therefore your worthiness.

Yikes! Try spinach or even Romaine lettuce instead. Iceberg is mostly water and not as many nutrients than leafy greens. Breaded chicken? What about just grilled chicken for health purposes?

Have you tried actually adding in more veggies like radishes, cucumber, tomatoes for more than just lettuce/sauce and fake bacon bits? All the veggies the color of the rainbow are nutritious.

Shopping day means leafy greens so I went the whole hog and it does make a difference to the yumminess of the salad.

Moroccan spice and mixed herbs on the chicken breast while the eggs boil

I am using leafy greens as the base instead of lettuce so I think that will suffice as over and above the call of digestion duty

I always wondered what the difference between Rock melon and Canteloupe was having not been very observant in the past.

    The Blokes' Healthy Kitchen-20250116_003048-jpg

Canteloupe is green inside with a mild flavour

Rock melon is pink inside with a more melony flavour.

Are you binging and purging again? It sounds like you're binging and purging again.

You know what happens when you binge and purge.

    ^Huh, trolling again, Ed?

I suggested the veggies as I know that you are supposed to have three veggies a day and two fruit, just trying to make a suggestion to Loopy. Thanks for the green, Looper.. I think he understood my point.

I think Cantaloupe is orange inside and Honeydew melon is the green one. At least that is what they are called here.

Compared to a lifelong case of obesity passing out advice on how to be healthy, absolutely not. :-) Chitty will be telling people how to drink quality spirits moderately soon.

Saw there was one slice of bacon left 2 days ago, and decided to not get another for a while.

Breakfast is now one scrambled egg on one slice of toast. Which is tasty. But I couldn't feel more like Lisa Simpson if I was wearing a little red dress while playing the saxophone.

You know what, you've said this kind of thing to me before, and fuck you I'm pretty hot actually. I can say what I want.
Stick to your clique like everyone else. I'm taking a much needed forum break. Ciao

I probably have. I'm happy to talk about health and fitness. Just don't expect it sugar coated, so to speak. :-)

I (too) have ballooned up over the last few months.

But I know that purging isn't the way to go, so will lose it in a controlled manner that keeps it off.
