Thread: Edmond's Mexicana Chicken Skewers

A morning bastey marinade of cumin, paprika, chili powder, oregano, garlic powder, S+P and coriander, lime juice and EVOO.






In with ze diced chicken and peppers.

Being 4.5 months out of date really adds to the cumin's flavour.

Diced cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, spring onion, coriander, S+P. lime juice and EEVO.




Into ze fridge while the chicken stays out.

Looking tasty, they are.

Arrive back after 1.5 hours of cardio + gym.

Assemble.




Place on yer pot, continuing to baste and turn.

Remove.

Prepare sliced lime and freshly made homemade lemongrass and jasmine ice tea.

Top.







A lovely post 1.5 hour exercise meal on the veranda.
