We can add to the title, Council Estate and white trailer trash food. One in the same.

    Great work, Tops.

I've had a word with Charlie about this thread and, as part of this weekend's celebrations, he's agreed to issue you with a British passport.

    ^ nice...

I do have to admit, I did a Lay's sour cream and onion sandwich a few days ago, but due to my shame as an American, I didn't take pictures. I have to admit I do like the crisp sandwiches and I think something with ridges, wrinkles or such do make a better sandwich. I also underestimated the amount of potato chips needed with the regular chips, the sandwich needs to be stacked high because it compresses a lot.

I want to try Ruffles sour cream and onion chips next. I've also got a nice dill relish that I'm betting will be nice with the sandwich.

I can see you've really been giving this some thought.

When the crisp isn't the main filling, my personal favourite as a wee bairn was a simple ham sandwich (buttered bread) with salt n vinegar Walkers (the ones in the advert and not crinkle cut).

However, I now prefer salt n vinegar McCoy's or occasionally Seabrooks (a rare find these days), which are both crinkle cut.

I'd still always go for buttered bread though because proper good butter .

Nearly had a punch up with a ginger specky barman as it happens.

He realised later it was him that was being a dick then started being over the top nice to me.

His gf stuck her tongue down my throat in a club later that evening after I bought her a shot of Malibu.

    Fuck him.

That bacon is as near as dammit to the perfect specimen. 30 seconds less, perhaps.

Butter needs to reach the edges, if there even is any?

Either way I'd smash it, without the desire to cut triangles or rectangles.

    That wont cut well.

Some nice ingredients there, but can't help feeling the cheddar was wasted in that sandwich. The bacon does look very nice... I'm feeling hungry now, but nowhere to get a sandwich around here...

I have a jar of that in the fridge, its really, really good. Dill relish rather than sweet. It's great in tuna and potato salad as well. I prefer sliced pickles on sandwiches.
