    Funny thing is that what some might consider health foods are actually full of sugar. Check out the yoghurts, for example, some have almost as much sugar as a can of coke. There are only a few brands where I live that are healthy. Same goes for juices, many laced with sugar.

    I love chilli mussels and usually get them from a seafood outlet nearby for about $24 for 2 kilos this time i got 2 kg in costco for $15.00 pretty happy with that , big rascals that didnt disapoint,

    I can not nor would I want to imagine what warm water mussels must taste like. We have the best mussels in the world here in Washington and they need to grow in cold water, imho the same as oysters.

    Penn cove mussels, local dungeness crab, and Washington oysters. Game set match.

    These ones were farmed in south australia, they are black and tottaly different from the NZ ones

    Good One Norts. See them all over as you know. Just don't eat fast food much but I have had them and they very good along with the fresh cut fries. Remember Fosters Freeze burger joint. Made best damn onion rings.
