    Sun!

    What's that?

For me it's all about the eggs, the soldiers are there for some taste and texture variety .

I could happily eat boiled eggs on their own with a pinch of salt.

In fact I'll go out on a limb and say I could eat 50 boiled eggs in one sitting!!
    Shalom

When I was a kid we always just had bread soldiers.

I don't think we had a toaster to be honest, and it took too long to make toast under the grill.

could the lack of firm soldiers explain a lifetime with sailors?

    Oh and get well soon.

Triggered memories of using toasting fork by the living room fire. That was in the evenings though. Morning toast was made under the grill, as you said.

Is that 3 patties in the burger? Surely that would be impossible to eat as a burger

It's dryair fried so all the fat goes and your left with pure meaty protein with lots of different flavours.

Some might call it a bizarre version of the Atkins diet!

A couple more non Atkins meals ..

    Lamb steaks, fries and salad..

You dimwit. Fats are part of the Atkins diet. It is the carbs that you are not supposed to eat. You know, the stuff that your plates are loaded with.

The only one that looks someway edible is the pic he nicked from the web. The triple bacon cheese burger. And you'd need 8 pints first.

You must investigate every pic I post, it wouldn't surprise me if you've got them filed away for some strange reason.

Air fryer meat is the best. No oil added. Good job on adding tomatoes to the salad, not much lettuce however.

    The Atkins diet starts today!

    Chilli con Carne

I reckon there's a good one hundred grams of protein on my plate.

Beef contains about 25% protein, so you must have 400g of beef on that plate. Or did you mean 100g of beef on the plate?
