Name the country by their cuisine.

    New game for the kitchen!

Name some weird and exotic meals from around the world that can be identified to one country.

    I'll kick off with..

    Rams testicles
    Sheeps head
    Fermented shark

    Ok. Name that country?

Boiled eggs, traditionally aged and marinated in horse piss but now a chemical concoction, giving them a unique color and flavor.
Shredded jellyfish, served cold with sesame and shallots
    Snake, cat and chicken soup

The eggs are traditionally served with sliced pickled ginger, the soup is nicknamed dragon, tiger & phoenix, the jellyfish is said to cool you down on a hot day...
