Thread: Xmas Dinner ideas

Having ham and roast chicken this year...no turkey this year for the first time. Baking turkey is a lot of work for my mom who makes the dinner and she isn't getting any younger.

We have all the trimmings including stuffing, carrots, mash potatoes, turnips, brussel sprouts, and gravy of course.
I look forward to my mother's cooking as I don't see her too much. I always help out in making the feast.

Yum, they are really good this way as I also have made them like this.
I also make asparagus in the oven on a pan with fresh parm, garlic and olive oil and roast them for 30 mins on 400. Really good if you like asparagus.

I've never been admin of TD. That was just a papillon fiction, but posted so many times that the weak-minded and seldom-sober folks soaked it up easily.
