Looks okay, I love my air fryer for most of my meat these days.

Cy is a total dickwad with his comments which I have no idea how he gets to keep posting on this thread after I reported most of his posts.
The mods and admin sure get to pick and choose.

Another "salmon" dish I'd be all over.

But let's not kid ourselves. It's all about the bacon, isn't it?

Indeed, I love bacon as it is good for keto now and then.

Reminds me, part of my brekkie/lunch. I do the IF, that Katie was talking about and normally eat at noon ish.
Just forgot to add my cucumber in. I know this crowd, insult insult.. but this is how I eat , last week dropped 10 pounds in my first week getting back on keto.

If you are finding that you are almost always putting the weight back on, as I think is the case, it will likely be because you are losing 10 pounds in a week. This is insane!

You need to lose the weight steadily over a period of time so that it stays off.

That's why I'm having some chocolate biscuits now- don't wanna lose too much too soon.

Thought you said on the first page you don't like any salmon at all?

Oh, on keto the first week you lose a lot of glycogen and water weight as your body goes into ketosis. After the first week you lose about 1-2 pounds a week.

^^ Gravelaks is more like fermented salmon than pickled. It usually comes with fennel. I much prefer it to smoked salmon.

Ya, my downfall is junk food too, so I don't keep it at home. Keto is hard to follow as I cut out sugar as well.

Oh, thanks for that. I didn't know. I do love salmon though sooo much and it is sooo good for you. You get the good healthy fats and omega 3's.
I don't like the taste of raw fish and I lived in Asia for eight years, go figure lol.

    Tasty good!

    Nice view also!

I should eat fish far more often than I do but usually put everything in a steamer for 20 minutes.

Does the airfyer work like a fryer or an oven? I've never quite worked it out so never bought one. Looks like a combination of both from the picture.

Love courgettes, add some cherry tomatoes with them next time to add a bit of tang.

    Thanks for sharing...

It is like a convection oven, but uses hot air to cook it. You don't need oil and there is less mess. I think Snub and others have done threads on them.
Doesn't take long to cook something in the air fryer. Thanks Troy! Cherry tomatoes is a great idea, I have them on hand here.

Nice view, especially for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

    Or a microwave.

Or an oven, when it's salmon.

Those camel kebabs three times a day don't help his constitution, especially in the Man utd thread
