For really healthily cooked salmon, microwave it. A 100g-120g fillet will be ready in 60 seconds. No added fat or oil required.

You don't need the airfyer, just a pan. For that piece it's about2 mins high on the unskilled side and 3-4 mins skin side. Should be nearly uncooked in the middle.

I'll leave you guys carry on this thread with your insults both on my food and on my body.
Cause it's clear that you think I don't know how to cook healthy meals and I have a fat, saggy boobs.
Carry on while I leave. Oh let me guess, you'll insult this too.
Why bother posting.. I could have cooked the salmon in the pan, but I did not, etc, etc.
Air fryers are healthier, less mess, etc.

And yes, I have dropped a lot of weight over the years and yes I do eat healthy.
That pasta salad was healthy as I was on a high protein diet where that came with the diet as it is not made from your typical pasta.
So stop acting so fucking high and mighty like you know me cause you don't. I have dropped 70 pounds over the years, so yes I do eat healthy, and proud of it, so all the naysayers can fuck right off.

Agreed, get the salmon skin seared, back off the flame and throw in the zucchini and you only have one pan to clean. Looks good though, thanks!

My last episode was giardia from a brownie bought at Black Canyon in Lat Prao.

Looking back, as I ate it, what seemed like frosting on the top was most likely crusty bacteria.

There was no way of knowing.

It tasted like crap for sure, but it was from Black Canyon, so...

    Anyway, yeah Topper's approach works.

Would be especially good on one of those...err...'ribbed' grill pans that leave those Instagram style seared lines.

This turned out pretty damn tasty...salmon fillets seasoned with BBQ seasoning wrapped in par cooked bacon, then stuck in the oven.
