    Drinking Coffee black!

    C'mon who drinks coffee black?

I prefer an all milk coffee with 2 sugars!

Is it an American thing to drink coffee straight up, it would seem so in the movies.

Personally a cappuccino with an extra espresso shot is my preference.

    What about you?

No to black coffee for me, needs a splash of milk or dairy creamer. Black tea is fine but I just don't like the taste of black coffee.

^^ Very nice. Did you make that?

I drink coffee or espresso black if brewed fresh. Creamer goes in to disguise the sludge known as instant coffee. I do love a cappuccino or latte for a treat. No sugar ever in anything coffee for me.

I had a sugary coffee phase. Then about a 5 year black coffee phase. Then back to cream and sugar. Now it's 50/50.

Black is like chewing on a piece of firewood. It puts lead in your pencil

Black only. The stronger the better. No sugar as I am already very sweet and forget the cream. White enough already.

The Americano was invented for US soldiers who couldn't handle an espresso

Black, no sugar. Changed after my heart attack -before I drank it with both sugar and milk. Took a while to get used to it, but much prefer it now.

Wow, I was just thinking of starting a coffee thread.
Black with a sniff of the milk bottle for me.
I carry Nescafe 3 in 1 sachets for emergencies. I know a guy (Older, English) who actually considers that coffee but to me it's a coffee inspired beverage but I remember being extremely grateful for it on a 32 hour train ride through bumfuck Chine one time.
    Instant coffee? Yes or no?
I grind my own beans and make drip filter coffee at home If I have time, otherwise Nescafe instant.
Wouldn't mind getting my hands on one of these.

Because the word coffee has had an adjective placed before it. I only drink it as a last resort.

Cujo when you acquire a taste for real coffee that's it. You can taste the difference.

When you have mashed potatoes do you use the instant ones?

    How about powdered eggs?

To me its the same thing.
