Oh I don't know Willy ,waking up after a late night's of drinking the sogginess of the cold pizza adds to the texture feel of your mouth to create a culinary cacophony that seems to work at a fundamental level.
Heating it up seems to be an undeserved indulgence that reinforces the previous night's behavior and could lead to life long imperilment .
Try eastings cold pizza i, you will find it out to be a character building exercise .
I have been easting cold pizza all my life, and I am sure you will agree that no one is more of a character than me.

Best way to reheat pizza is in an Airfryer in my rarely humble opinion, a few minutes and a few shuffles and it's like they just came out of the oven again.

I found a long forgotten jar of anchovies hiding at the back of cupboard in timely fashion as I was about to chuck a margerita in the oven and they were as fresh as the jar label promised

    TeakDOOR Pizzeria-img_20230523_230130-jpg

It does add a major new dimension to any pizza aroma

I chucked Senorita's strudel in the oven with tonight's pizza and it came out tops on flavour, although slightly structurally compromised

I find cooking pizza at home to be less stressful than ordering pizza from a shop

I usually eat pizza if I am having a movie night which will also be a beer/wine night

I like knowing the exact minute in advance when my pizza will be ready and having my aperitif chaser liqueur (after the serious drinking is done) and while the pizza is cooking

I also time the pizza to be ready exactly 55 minutes before the movie finishes allowing time for 3 courses in total:

    1 Pizza
    2 Ice cream
    3 Pudding du Jour

Delivery pizza turns up a random time after you phone so it is not going to fit in with my precisely timed and choreographed clockwork logistical scheduling

Always remember, you decide what to stress about...I've had some fun times while waiting for delivery using it as a backdrop as to what other activities we could do while waiting.

With a friendly senorita, cleaning the bathroom was always fun activity...working together to get the shower clean was always worth the effort. Never forget the joy of water sports.

This measly mozzarella margarita only had 37g of protein

Until I marinara-pimped it up to 70g with some prawn meat, anchovies and cheddar
