Adding a dry rub to some bone-in ribeyes & defrosting some short ribs that I purchased a week ago and so had to freeze. Tomorrows looking like a good day for a braai.

Xmas Braai with a few people over yesterday.

Started with a few chooks on the spinner. This is the second time I’ve done two birds on the same rotisserie and it’s a pain in the but. Will buy a second rotisserie for next time.
