    Outstanding.

All the juices from the fat of the meat and the basting.

I'd fuck those horrible bastard cucumbers off though.

Since that genuis scomo fucked up Australia's lucrative crayfish trade with China, I've been enjoying access to cheap crays( between $20 $25) the trade embargo has been lifted so I better get some for the freezer before they go up again. Never had em on a barbie before usually boiled.
He promised to headbutt me, if he ever saw me. Charming.

I guess that my solution would be that he 'never saw me'.

Dead easy on the Barbie mate. Split the tails at the top. Sprinkle salt on top. BBQ each side for approx 5 mins. Then eat.

Yes they are. Which means they are much more seasonal. If you see something in the shops you want, buy it, as you may not see it again.

A mate came over for a beer yesterday and while on the subject of bbq he fessed up that he sometimes bbqs turnips, parsnips par boiled first. And said they are excellent.i was gob smacked and said I had never heard of such madness but even his Thai Mrs was in agreement so I guess I've gotta give it a go. They are both underrated veggies.

Likewise I would never of thought to put asparagus on a bbq. But thinking about it now they would be great wrapped in bacon.

Grilled up some "Snags" for lunch today. A few Sicilian spicy and Chili/Mango smoked style for my wife. Life is good when you are grilling for lunch.
