This was in honour of a state visit by Chinese lady who had disappeared to China for 4 months and just flew back on Thursday to escape the Beijing big freeze.

The fat in the steaks caused the flame. They were good, nice char. Nothing like those sausages, you are a gentleman to eat those!
Picked up a prime rib rack for tomorrow.

Wife came home with some big St. Louis style individual pork spareribs. So put a nice rub on them and slow cooked them for 2.5 hours. Served with a lot of carbs!! Garlic bread and a nice Cajun potato salad.
