Arrived in Cebu in perfect condition.



Going out running so some post run carbs are gonna be tasty.

Never had a mac n cheese pie.

Possibly never had a mac n cheese.


But Lulu loves a trier as they say, so gave it a go out of the box.


Edmond-Know-It-All ignored all cooking instructions and bunged it in the oven for an hour while out of the house.



In hindsight, following the instructions of the people that made it might be a bit wiser.

Nice and firm, oh yes.



Mmmm cheesy.

Velly velly tasty.

Perfect for Saturday/Sunday slightly hungover afternoon food before happily sleeping on the sofa.

Steak pies, chicken pies and sausage rolls in the freezer, oh yes.

Absoluterly divine.


The tasty, light flakey pastry that didn't crumble all over the place, not even a bit, the moist clean filling... Heaven Roll would be a better name.

While admittedly not haven eaten as many sausages rolls as say... Tootsie or 'The Hippo' (Not you Tops), I can safely say this was indeed the best sausage roll ever in the history of eating.

Be quick for apple pies before Crimbo…

I'm still getting over the shock of not seeing it recommended as "best deep fried."

You can get pies at the supermarkets in KL (or could). I got them from Giant a couple of times (Sungei Wang) and I'm sure Cold Storage has them, no?

3. On SIRV (special investor's visa)
4. On SRRV (retiree visa), but must be 50+ under current rules
5. Have a Filipino child
6. Married to a Filipina
7. A seafarer on seafarer's visa
8. "Gifted" someone a large amount to be granted a visa

Or none of the above? My mind is boggled...
