I live like a Zen monk weekdays , home made rye bread egg brekkiw, no lunch bar beverages, Miso type broth all I can handle, I am taking a cocktail of drugs to keep me alive and now I'm off teh grog til Christmas I sometimes have a sweet treat, Half a mango, a few cheese and olives or ONE cube only of a Ritter Sport bar.

At weekends I go to an all you can eat woman, which after decades together seems to have achieved a harmonious conviviality.

Absolutely. When we eat out we have a half a dozen or so restaurants we chose from because we either know the owner and how they prep and cook or we know the quality is great. My wife knows I do not eat fatty low quality meats or animal guts of any kind. That said we only eat out maybe once or twice a week anyway.

Local steak is ok for stews and casseroles, I mince it 50/50 with pork for my hamburgers.

    What is Prego ?

I had Thai food every day for my lunch for over 5 years.
I got fed up eating the food they never throw away from the day before.
I do a monthly shop now, I fill up my chest freezer with English food.
