Wrap it in a lettuce leaf. There'd normally be lettuce on a burger anyway, it holds it all together as a bun would, and there's no carbs.

Nothing has happened besides someone who loves the taste of burgers and has done Keto before gave a suggestion that works based on their experience.

I quite enjoy eating bite sized pieces of steak wrapped in lettuce, aka Korean BBQ style.

That looks like a 1 kilo burger imhe

Made a meat sweat inducing 500gram mince steak burger.
Put some aussie style sliced beetroot on along with the gherkins, tomatoes and lettuce.

Plenty of seasoning in the burger, pepper, chilli, paprika.

Served on a sesame seeded brioche bun.
