So I tried that 90/10 grass-fed Aus beef on a burger this evening. Have to say, very nice taste and cooked up great.

Shaped me up a nice patty, bit of salt and pepper

    Few flips on the grill.

Added a slice of swiss cheese and toasted the buns

Added a dusting of horseradish mustard, few slices of tomato, few Vlasic sliced dill pickles and lettuce. Went down great with a nice IPA.

The balance of the ground beef will be for Tacos tomorrow night.

Could not agree more. Roast beef and swiss being bought in this weeks weekend shop. But for now here is one I found, looks great with a super baguette.

I used a bollo roll. Sadly, I was too hungry to bother with pics.

Nice work Stumpy... but Swiss cheese?... pah.

You'd have been better off with some Yankee Kraft.... or some squeezey cheese.

It's probably there to make it seem like it isn't a distinctly 'You ESS EH!' cholesterol car crash.

Its a good one. Right now Wendys has the best specialty burgers out of all the fast food joints. Pretzel buns mmmmm

The name Pub cheeseburger should give you a hint. The point of it is to be a greasy messy burger that you get when the kitchen is open at the pub

Any experience where one would buy American cheese slices ? I know it's not really cheese but I like how it melts in the burger. For some reason the sliced cheese I find here in Khon Kaen, says "cheddar" but does not taste like cheddar to me and does not melt well. Did anyone else have that experience?
Yesterday I got some Swish cheese from Macro. I will try it on a burger today.

Then why did you post up a photo of nice burger but from a very large American chain, known for its square burgers?

    Nobody beats Dave's meat.

The story starts with their “fresh, never frozen” slogan, because Wendy’s founder Dave Thomas wanted to ensure everyone saw the quality of meat sticking out of the bun. Frank Vamos, director of brand communications for the company, told Thrillist that Dave wanted everyone to “see the juiciness” of the meat.
