I never used sage in my cooking, I will look for it next time I am food shopping.
    Thank you for that tip

Sorry about the In Laws. Ghosts is a good suggestion. One of the biggest Asian motivators is money. Have the house appraised by a "friendly" appraiser and make sure the wife is aware of your home's value. Leave some new home brochures/printouts for Hua Hin/Rayong around the house.

Hey BB, There are some good online stores that can deliver meat. I know a few guys that do it and they have said its been great. Might be a near time solution.

Rayong is a nice area as is Trat. Like both myself. Hua Hin is a tourist dump now IMHO, Traffic, over priced land and honestly it doesn't offer anything spectacular. Cha Am is still nice. At least this time you can take your time and do some research and travel around the area you have interest and stay a week to get the lay of the land. Make sure you have a checklist in hand. I did that before I decided to build up here in Lampang in my wife's hometown. I wasn't just going build where my wife grew up and had family because they say that's what you should do. It absolutely had to meet my needs as well or it wasn't going to happen.
