My wife buys beef from a muslim family who has a number of outlets in Pattaya with 1 being at Wanisin market on Siam Country Club Rd.

She told me they have a farm near Korat and their meat products are very good especially she buys whole kidneys for her steak and kidney pies.

Other pie makers here use pig or chicken kidneys which is just not the same taste wise.

Americans do the best burgers, and we should just emulate what they do imho.

Yes. This pic sums it up, though I'd have shuffled the assembly order around to get the patty mid-tier.

I have had egg and pineapple on burgers and not a fan. I remember my grandmother used to pickle beets, but it has been ages since I tried them. So I am willing to give them a try, but I do not think on a burger. At least at first. To me, a perfect burger is BLT as well as onions and a slice of cheddar.

I am thinking on my next Amazon fresh delivery I will go ahead and get this...

    Can't disagree with that.

Freshly grated cheese rather than that plastic shit though.

I understand, and in my defense I do have three different English Cheddars in the house right now and two more scheduled to be delivered tomorrow afternoon. Scored some red Leicester as recommended by Hal, so I will be looking forward to that after a sleep.

Aussie burgers make a rite of being wrong. Start off with the worst possible patty, and then load it with just about everything conceivable. So big, it's near impossible to eat. Seriously, your nose ends up coated in egg yolk, greasy fat and beetroot juice. It's so awful, I only have them occasionally.

All going well, yes. Add some chips on the side seasoned with chicken-salt and Robert's your Mother's Brother.

Hells ya! I will be posting up in the cheese thread when I get it.

Mods I am going to create a perfect burger thread. Do you think you could be so kind as to drop all this burger chat in there?
