    PBJ Sammichs; A full meal

All these pics of pricey I don't even know what 'tomahawks' are and expensive meaty ribs and thick cut T-bones. I wanna let you know about an inexpensive, meal.

That's right, all you need for dinner is a PBJ sammich. Fuel for living.

Now, if you are really price conscious you can make you own peanut butter, you can all it DIY peanut butter. And then some cheap jam and you are good to go.

But if you wanna splash out and live a little you can now buy the PBJ in a jar, premade and premixed. This is not DIY and at least you know the ratio's are good.

Looking good. It's neon grape coloured. Tastes neon also. Your poo probably comes out neon after eating that too!

Get some bread, I prefer white, but this healthy option will do. No doubt the bread maker Dirk, will tell me off for getting the cheap option. but sometimes ya just gotta love that junk bread from the supermarket. (hint also good with a chip butty). Proper bread goes with proper meals. This is just a fueling exercise, so you can get back outside doing manly things like riding horses, driving fast cars, and chopping wood.

Now slap that lid closed, it down your gob!

5 minutes and around 5 baht per PBJ sammich.

And for those of you that love chocolate, they also have a chocolate option.

So forget all that pricey BBQ shite, and get onto the PBJ sammichs for dinner now.

When prepared on whole wheat bread, a PB&J sandwich made with two Tbsps. of peanut butter and two Tbsps. of grape jelly adds up to a whopping 530 calories, 460 mg of sodium, 74 grams of carbs, 35 grams sugar and 20 grams of fat

But you need fat in your diet, right?

And I am sure that this report by HuffPost is Fake news.

A McDonald's cheeseburger has lower nutritional numbers in all of these categories except for sodium.

...suggestion: try spreading butter and then extra-crunchy peanut butter on a piece of grilled multi-grain baguette...rather than jam, add sliced ripe bananas and a few sprigs of fresh mint: not too bad...

I was watching a food show on Netflix last night called Fresh Fried and Crispy. CAUTION: Don't watch on an empty stomach.

Next thing I know the dude's got a bloody mary with PBJ chicken wings on top.

And don't get me started on the Whale Burger:

    Lang may yer lum reek...

Damn photo loads sideways, but a good P&J is made from two ingredients. Peanut butter and jam, jelly or preserves. Truthfully I know of nobody who has eaten the pre mixed stuff. Having one with a cold glass of milk now.

Absolutely unacceptable . . . well, the jelly component- but!!! You need to cover the slice side to side. This just looks like a yob chucked some doughnuts on the front lawn - haphazard. Sheesh!

Then I really needed to know what special sammich was ideal before a BJ.
So I clicked on this thread. Imagine my disappointment.

On the night of February 1, 1976, Elvis Presley took his private jet from Graceland to Denver and back in one night because he was craving an 8,000 calorie sandwich made from a hollowed out loaf filled with an entire jar of peanut butter, one jar of jelly, and a pound of bacon.

Someone is sitting in the shade today because someone planted a tree a long time ago ...

^If Elvis and Karen Carpenter had just shared that sandwich, they'd both still be singing today.

I guess I have become a bit Mongolian in my outlook. If it doesn't contain meat, it's not a proper meal. Honey and peanut butter is my usual go to
