^ If you want to throw your money away PAG...

It cost me 699 Baht at 7Eleven!

I remember being slughtly annoyed because the labels on the shelf indicated it was 399 Baht, which seemed like a bargain and was why I bought it. Once it was rung up I couldn't be bothered to cancel it, there was a queue behind me and I didn't want to look cheap. The only alternative was Peter Vela (hence the 399 Baht labels).

    Besides, it was pudding night!

    ^

I think this the last time I had some Penfold's, a couple of years ago making a red wine sauce for some roasted lamb.

You can't eat fruit every night for pudding as you need to have a balanced diet so I have balanced my bananas with mini chocolate swiss rolls.

I concur loops, fruit does get boring.
Prefer it in the morning myself.

Had a damn fine chocolate fudge cake and ice cream today...

True dat. You need a balanced after dinner diet.

For the most balanced diet in your puddings try to mix the chocolate swiss rolls with some jam swiss rolls to keep your custard company.

I don't know who Andreas is but I had a slice of his Birthday cake for pudding yesterday.

In fact these bladdy Ukrainian cooks make a pudding every day and despite going to the gym almost every morning I doubt I've lost any weight this trip.

Wow looks great! Wouldn't be much left if I was aboard. Is the desert chef the only world class chef in the galley?

^ The galley crew were all Ukrainian apart from one Pole. The b@stards made pudding with every lunch and dinner which annoyed me no end because I just seem to have lost the ability to say no. I guess we're all learning a lot about Ukraine lately but one more thing I've learnt is that they love their puddings.

Back on dry land... and it's hard to enjoy yourself on a Friday night in a 21 square metre hotel room, so a pudding was called for.

Chocolate mouse and vanilla sauce pudding with fresh strawberries. A lot of people don't know that Norway grow a lot of strawberries.

    Not bad too.

^^ I could use some help, but for something entirely different.

It's strange, a lot of American comedies I just don't get but I've always really liked Two and a Half Men. There's some really funny one liners... until Charlie Sheen left and then it went shite. Cheers and Frasier are among my favourites as well.

But Friends... never. I don't think I ever watched a full episode.

^ It's a bit late for Easter Bunnies Looper... or maybe a lot too early?

Wild times... I could do with a party like that!

^ as i said you need help, thats bollix. Do you start laughing before they press the canned laughter button.

If you admitted that where i come from you'd wake up with a tattoo that made sure you didn't need to tell anyone you watched that crap

A small price to pay to celebrate our lord getting nailed to a wooden cross

Brits with their beans on white bread....I thought I'd offer up my second creation of the week...

Chili on a slab of dark rye bread. The recipe is simple.

    1. One, cut about an inch thick slice of rye bread and slap in the toaster oven.
    2. Two, get a container of chili out of the freezer and microwave it until its roasty toasty hot.
    3. Three, slice up some pepperoncini and to add as garnish.

And the result is.....the better, highly improved version of beans on toast.....red blooded American chili on toast!

    Strawberry cheesecake...

I wanted to compare the frozen with the fresh

    Pudding-img_20220528_232955-jpg

The frozen is quite yummy if you have never eaten the fresh

But after the fresh, the frozen is a bit of a lightweight
