Mrs. Kerr’s Thai Sour and Spicy Shrimp
Shrimp are dirt cheap in Thailand at the moment. Most Thai shrimp farms have timed their production to make sure they have enough to meet overseas demand associated with the upcoming Christmas/New Year and Chinese New Year periods, but are experiencing tough times at the moment due to the Chinese and Vietnamese out competing them on price. We have so much shrimp at home they are getting boring, so Mrs. Kerr has been busy devising new ways to cook them. This is her Thai sour and spicy shrimp.
