^Hmm, well I was on a deficit, but this is different macros.. if you aren't keto you wouldn't get it. It is an exact science based on bodyfat and lean body mass, height, weight, activity level which tells you your grams for protein, carbs, fat for the day. I track using carb manager app. Anyway, I don't think you or anyone cares about keto. I've done well 14 pounds in two weeks, mostly water weight, but I'm on my way.
I'm going to take a long break from the forum to concentrate on myself, exercising, and enjoying my summer. Lockdown finally over as of today as well.
