    ^No, it is complicated on a ketogenic diet. You have to get your macros right which is a process. It is too complicated to explain. For hard core keto people, they can explain it. Now I now how much protein, fat, carbs and calories I should be aiming for a deficit. I was eating a bit too much fat, not enough protein and a bit too many calories. You have to eat for the weight you want to be.

    ^Hmm, well I was on a deficit, but this is different macros.. if you aren't keto you wouldn't get it. It is an exact science based on bodyfat and lean body mass, height, weight, activity level which tells you your grams for protein, carbs, fat for the day. I track using carb manager app. Anyway, I don't think you or anyone cares about keto. I've done well 14 pounds in two weeks, mostly water weight, but I'm on my way.
    I'm going to take a long break from the forum to concentrate on myself, exercising, and enjoying my summer. Lockdown finally over as of today as well.

    This is nonsense. It's making you obsess about food. Thinking deeply about food like this will trigger hunger and is counter-productive. You need some other hobbies to focus on, preferably something that will make you forget about food. Have a good breakfast and a mid afternoon luinner, and that's all you need. The weight will fall away as the weeks progress without even trying. Begin to try and you'll wreck it.
