But you are misapplying that attitude here. Cujo is WAY smarter than you. In fact many people on the board are. If you ever get it through your brain that, in pretty much any thread, you are the least smart person posting on it, you may find that you get a better reception on the board.

The fact that you think your visits to Thailand give you more insight into the stray dog problem that someone who has lived here for more than 20 years just shows what an ignorant, ill informed, and mostly stupid woman you are.

Ouch.

I am glad MM is losing weight and I am glad she is doing it in a way that she is comfortable with. Those are her choices and as a free, independent adult living in Canada, she is enjoying her freedom to make those choices. However, I don't think a keto diet is a sustainable or healthy long-term diet. OK for a short-term emergency but certainly not as a long-term "lifestyle".

JMHO, of course.

Well done on losing the weight. (if true)

Around now is the time it's probably best to switch to balanced diet and exercise regime where you calorie intake is less than what you burn.

An excellent point. She is not used to having her superiority complex challenged by those placed in her care. She then posts on here, and finds more circumspect posters, with more real world intelligence and experience, challenging that faux complex.
