Had half a dozen avocados sitting in the fridge for a week now so decided to make use of them.
My first time at making Guacamole..
I decided to add a couple of cloves of garlic into the mix also.
So much for slice, dice and mash.
Time to get blending..
Loads of zesty and
fresh aromas..
Doesn't look very green.
Served in a tapas dish with cheesy nachos

I'm a novice when it comes to Guacamole, but for ten minutes work I made a healthy edible snack/starter.
