    Curry powder, cumin, chilli,tomato puree, cider vinegar and turmeric into the mix with the tomato puree.

    Stir with love and care for 5 minutes on a high heat to infuse all the spices..

    That's very unfair I think. I had my phone camera on food mode too.

    Anyway, we both already have our own independent judges at home who can actually judge by actual dryness, texture and taste.

    I used to use these pompadoms all the time till the supermarkets started selling ready made ones.
