The Best Breakfast in the World Step by Step.: the Full English

Seppos eat shit bacon, wouldn't know what a good sausage is and their sports are utter wank. They fall at the first hurdle: stick to your burgers, you hopeless cnuts.

Aussies eat pretty much the same anyway, but they're irrelevant.

    New Zealanders are just irrelevant.

The French and Germans have got ham and cheese.

End of discussion. The best breakfast in the world is without doubt the main man and the king: the Full English.

And that is why my first meal after leaving ASQ will be a full English!

I love the English breakfast, and I have spent a good deal of time searching out the best ones in every Asian nation I have visited in the last 12 years.
My favourite, also became my local for the purpose of a decent full English.
With advancing years, it’s not something you can abuse your body with every day. If you add in the perfect Sunday roast once a week, it could easily lead to obesity and hardening of the arteries.
Im happy to accept worthy additions within reason. Irish potato cakes, or a bit of bubble and squeak to add variety is fine by me, but absolutely none of that American crap hash browns, they just don’t belong on an English breakfast.
My concession to deliciously unhealthy fried bread, is to have poached eggs instead of fried. I have a minor issue with the competing flavors of tomato and baked beans together. It’s either or, for me, and I have no problem with tinned tomatoes.
As a standard menu item, it’s possible to enjoy the full Monty, or order al a carte to your desired style and personal tastes, for around Bt 200. A bargain but unforgiving should you exceed the intake more than twice a week. At that rate, the gym can easily burn off the excess calories and ameliorate some of the fatty inputs.

Where’s the tea, or does he drink HP sauce? Sausages, beans, tomato, mushrooms all good. Black pudding? Maybe. Fried bread? No way.

    'easily' ?

You're being a tad disingenuous there, eh tubbs?

Indeed, that seems to have died off, along with most of its consumers.

Upon my return I'll have a full english without the fried bread a couple of times in the first week, but not again.

Certainly not twice a week on any kind of lasting basis.

The one in the pic looks bang on except for the clumsily done eggs.

It may surprise you to learn that it is quite easy. Using modern equipment, and guidance based on nutrition and sensible levels of exercise, from a qualified and competent trainer, it is possible to maintain a healthy and enjoyable diet.

Is “tubbs” another of your arrogant and ignorant assumptions? You’re not sure, so it’s easy to just make shit up to satisfy your narrative. That’s just so lazy Cy. Hahahaha

Nah, it's based on what you've posted yourself.

I'm afraid that's blown your attempt to come off as a buff boy, porky.

2 FEB per week...dear oh dear.

I liked breakfast in Brazil. Cheesy bread rolls and good coffee.

I can never decide if I prefer brown sauce or tomato sauce with a full English, so I always have two separate blobs at each side of the plate.

As for brown sauce, some years ago I changed from HP to Daddies sauce and have never looked back. It's sharper and spicier than HP and way better imho...

I never cease to be amazed at some people's tastes.
If that's the best in the world then you live in a very small world.

Im sure if I was a porker as you suggest, my health regime would simply not be viable. Please feel free to invent yet another scenario that satisfies your broken narrative.

More civilized folk use the word 'dump'

At home, my 6YO's say "Dad ... I'm going to sit down"

My Thai Partner used to mention that "Her Boss is coming"

Others mention that they are "Going to drop some Friends off at the Pool"

Or that "Mum was in the Kitchen cooking Fish and Chips ... Dad was on the toilet, bombing Battleships"

But Bogan ... "a poo to finish off" ... hardy a black diamond
Someone is sitting in the shade today because someone planted a tree a long time ago ...

British bacon, check, Sausages, check, nice toast but not fried bread, check, fresh eggs, check. But but but, you need some home fries for perfection. I am going to try to make these up done with pancetta or bacon. Beans and black pudding for breakfast I can do without.

The one thing that constantly amuses me here, is that Thais are (refreshingly?) honest about bodily functions, and quite often feel the need to broadcast them to all and sundry. My missus constantly updates me on "kee too much" or "not kee". My junior staff will regularly inform me they are off work because they have "bad diarrhea", and trying to track down my secretary usually results in her sending me an emoji of a bear sitting on the toilet.

^^^^ I always taught my daughter to say she was sending some little brown friends to the sea.

It doesn't really work in Korat though as we have a septic tank.

The great aussie breakfast these days seems to be smashed avocado on whole grain toast, with poached egg and some of that alfalfa stuff, &/or dukkah (GIYF).
The great aussie male is an endangered species I'm afraid. We're rapidly becoming metrosexual over here. We even advertise for men to cry-
