    Got me beat. TBH I haven't tried anything cooked in an Air Fryer, or seen any photos of food done in one that make me want to buy one. Not seeing any advantages over putting food on a wire rack in an oven so it's not cooking in its own fat, but still using 360 dry heat in the cooking process.

    Stick with the Otto. I've had one for years with nary a single problem. Looks bigger than yours TC.

    That was going to be my next question ........ wht's the diff.

    My BiL has a convection type (glass bowl with a heating element in the top) that has turned out some great food, but nothing better than my 3k oven.
