Today we're making a quick and easy meal of Prawn egg noodles with hoisin and plum sauce and a chicken side salad.
From start to finish this meal took about 15 mins to make.
Take the usual leafy suspects and stick them in a bowl and dress with balsamic dressing.
I had a breaded chicken steak in the fridge from yesterdays chicken Katsu curry so I sliced it up, place it on the salad leafs and add the Nandos sauce.
Salad done, we move on to the next dish.
I chopped some mushrooms, fried them up with plenty of black pepper and a little salt and then set them to one side.
Then fried a few bean sprouts, a little shredded carrot and a few bits of peppers, then added some prawns.
In goes some hoisin and plum sauce.
Then some egg noodles and some more sauce.
Finally the mushrooms go back in and then it's in to a bowl for serving.
Easy, quick, and delicious.
