    Tuna Salad Delux - By English Noodles

    I saw Toppers thread so decided to throw together a tuna salad of my own;

    Strted by boiling some eggs, I will only use two of these and keep the others for something else.

    I then sliced some mushrooms and fried them up in olive oil, a little salt and plenty of cracked black pepper.

    After this I take a little red pepper, green pepper, and red onion, chop them up.

    Add some lemon juice, salt and pepper.

    Take some Lollo Rosso leaves, Baby Red Leaf Lettuce, Appolo Lettuce, and some wild Rocket and dress with balsamic dressing.

    Then I add the tuna mix.

    And a couple of sliced eggs and the mushrooms.

    A little grated cheese, and some black pepper and we're good to go.

    Enjoy!

    They are the dogs bollocks mate. Try it on a hot beef and gravy sandwich, it's insane. I'll do a thread later in the week.

    Nando's mayo sounds good, but in reality Tomcat's 2 small red chili diablo will give more of a kick.

    Aree you by any chance using the other eggs to bake a quiche?
