Yes, I know! Everyone knows how to make tuna salad!
Well, this is my version....
First you need:
That container of mayo was the only size availiable during the lockdown. It's the "heart healthy" size.
Mince the onion and onion, add tuna, mayo and seasoning.
Mix with a fork and you're done!
If I could find a bottle of the pickled jalapenos, I would have minced some up and added them in. I do have several cans of pimentos which are pretty tasty but the misses said not to add them.
