They'd look a lot more like wedges if you chopped the spuds...lengthways
Leave the skin's on for extra flavour and mix it up a bit!

Looks good, Chitty!
My mom makes the best ribs ever which she made yesterday.
She makes honey garlic ribs.
Honey and garlic!
Hmm, next time.Sounds tasty !
Wondering how they might've turned out if roasted low and slow.
Perhaps next time.
Looks really good chitty! Much better effort than mine today.
Is Piri Piri spice like an Indian thing? I have heard of it before, but have never tried it?
We personally prefer ribs where the meat falls off the bone.
Shall try that next time AO , will also use the honey and garlic marinade Miss Monroe ...
Honey and bourbon marinated chicken and lamb going in low for a couple of hours..
Baby pre boiled new potatoes, seasoned with rhapseed oil, pepper and salt, shall be going in high later...
Time to kill a couple of hours...
Well that was a disaster, meat was overdone and spuds underdone
Chicken and lamb are not normally low and slow cooked meals for bbq. You need fatty meats like beef brisket or pork butts or Ribs
