    Chittys Mountain of Piri Piri Ribs and Wedges

    Portuguese style Ribs tonight aka Piri Piri Ribs and Wedges!

    Season the ribs with salt,pepper and Piri Piri .
    Par boil the roughly chopped potatoes.

    More seasoning then into the oven for 45 minutes on a medium heat...

    My mom makes the best ribs ever which she made yesterday.
    She makes honey garlic ribs.

    Maybe, but two hours tightly wrapped in foil you would have won an award. Flavors bake in, and the meat gets so tender it falls off the bone. Give it a try 2 hours at 150.. But buy and cook twice as much. How much your kids eat will blow your mind...

    Chicken and lamb are not normally low and slow cooked meals for bbq. You need fatty meats like beef brisket or pork butts or Ribs
