Looks more like a dogs breakfast than a Mexican lunch, but a couple of fish tacos and jalapeņo poppers. Was nice!

Back to school lunches, that must be eaten in the office due to covid. Much more peaceful than a canteen full of first grades so this is one part of the new normal I could get used to!

    Something a bit different.

    Blimey.

Mendo would damn well blow his boat.

Mandy's school lunch would probably be tastier to be honest.

Still, at least it brought me back to being 7 years old and being forced to eat food I didn't want to.

According to order history, this is the first McDonald's I've had since November last year. Didn't enjoy it, don't know why but it wasn't how I remembered

    Think we need a poll.

Do you eat your Mcdonald's on a plate?

    Yes/Hell No?

Drunk or starving, no. Not drunk or starving, sometimes.

BK have 99b whoppers now, btw. And 59b chicken burgers, if you have a kid or are with a homosexual.

To be fair, it was lap-food while sitting on my couch watching the footy and I still managed to get some of it on the floor.

Is that cod in parsley sauce?

If it is, I've been craving that recently by way of a fish pie.

Hmm fish pie, really must crack on and satisfy this craving.

^ It looks like a creamy parsley and cheese sauce to me.

And I didn't actually 'blow my boat' over those peas but they do look damn fine. I haven't had a single pea since leaving home two weeks ago.

^ You mean that frozen, mass produced supermarket boxes lose out to fresh homemade meals, made from scratch?

    I've never heard such ridiculousnessesses.

    Looks nice and fresh.

What is the distinctive difference with 'Moroccan' hummus?

    Dodgy blenders?

    Looks a bit 'crunchy'.

Meanwhile, I'm embracing the current craze of photographing food on top of a washing machine.

It originated in South Korea, apparently.

Steak and Kidney Pie with 3 veg and onion gravy.

    Lovely.

    Slightly moody shadows, too.

^ I sometimes make a pastry 'S' and 'K' on steak and kidney pies to stop them getting mixed up with other pies in the freezer. How come you have an 'I' for steak and kidney?
