Couple of reasonable Lunches this week...

A make your own pizza...

And an old bastard birthday bbq..

We love making our own pizza!

A common problem when you don't actually 'make your own'.

M'Sahib does this thing for me with a pork steak and vegetables. Marinates everything in a soy sauce and coriander sauce, then braises it in a lidded pan for about 45 minutes. Today, as always, very good. This one with potato, carrot, mushrooms, and onion.

I spent all morning at the new gym and then had an Isaan power lunch of larb moo.



I'm also my daughter's personal trainer and allowed her steamed chicken with rice.



Lunch was followed by a 0.5km swim and I'm completely knackered now.

We do it quite often. I saw we, but I have since delegated pizza duties to my assistant chef and she is very good at it.

I've just gotta keep reminding her not to put pineapple or anything sweet - as is her wont - on the fuckers.
