Also never heard of it. According to wikki:

Buckfast Tonic Wine is a caffeinated alcoholic drink consisting of pure caffeine added to fortified wine.

    Good grief. And:

Despite being marketed as a tonic, Buckfast has become notorious in some parts of Scotland and Northern Ireland for its association with the loutish ned culture and antisocial behaviour.

M'Sahib requested pizza for lunch, so duly obliged. Made a puttanesca sauce as the base, mozzarella with sliced red, green and yellow peppers, mushrooms and onions as a topping.

That's how this guy starts a lot of his vids, his Missus requests and he delivers. Brilliant channel BTW, you should think about doing something similar PAG because you've definitely got the skills.

Spaghetti for me, have learned that making big pots of Bol and keeping a few packs in the freezer makes life way easier. Just need to heat it up, boil some pasta, mix it together (are you reading this Mendip ), add Parmesan, and enjoy. Under 20 minutes from start to end, perfect.

^ always make vats of Bol or Chili. BTW you shouldn't use metal utensils on non-stick.

Not really, these two 12" pans do the job well, with that monster 16" one as a back up.

Indeed, I transfer the pizzas to a wooden board for actual cutting.

That's my kinda pizza you posted back there PAG.

I'd maybe add some bacon or ham just to keep the non-believers paws off.

Pretty much have to do that all the time when I cook in staff houses. Wee sprinkle of bacon bits, even.

Indeed, though I don't mind veggie pizzas, and they were for pescatarian M'Sahib anyway. My preference would be for either Italian sausage or a spicy chorizo with its chilli oil running through.
