Yeah that was weird.
'Ripe fruit - Noooo!'

Today, quick and easy, that perennial favourite in the comfort food stakes, macaroni cheese. Mature cheddar cheese sauce, incorporating some mustard powder, grated nutmeg, and cayenne pepper.
Sprinkling of grated cheese and ready for the oven.
Does its job.
Hand rolled vegan pastry filled with the finest grass fed pork from Chiang Mai, lightly coated with organic Dutch milk before gently simmering in my hand-crafted La Cornue oven.
... what's the 'after (oven)' shot look like?
Condiments?
Refreshments to accompany?
They're all packed up for lunch during the week.
^This better turn into something more than 3 veg and a piece of mystery meat being boiled. For all the advice and negative critic you give in food threads, I think this is the first time you've ever posted a pic of anything you've done and at the moment it's looking very fucking ordinary.
Good to know Mao will always drop whatever his scintillating evening involves in the hope of a pile on.
Every time he’s there.
Sausage, egg and chips for lunch today instead of my usual healthy Isaan fare.
All it was missing was a potion of peas, but that would have turned it into dinner.
The sausages look good, but that's crying out for beans and two slices of buttered white Warbies. Can you get Warburtons in Issan yet?
Take away the jockey's whips and you could have called it breakfast with the addition of Heinz's little nuggets of joy.

Do people other than you and harriet ever use that fucking ridiculous term do you think?
It's almost as contrived as when harriet recommends movies for the 'saucepans'
Sounds like Smashie and Nicey.
Record yourself tonight walking into a bar and saying "Ello there mate, is your mower up the spout? Yeah it's got a bit o' rust. There's a lot of it abaat"
I will donate 100 pounds to a charity of your choice.
Like English versions of Terry57 with his contrived Aussie vernacular.
What to have Wednesday? Went for one of the cheese, potato and onion pies that I made the other day. Looking what to use up in the fridge, came up with the idea of sauteed onion, garlic, mushrooms and fresh oregano, made into a thick white wine and cream sauce. M'Sahib actually used some of the mushroom/onion mix in a toasted sandwich which was novel.
Looks great! I reckon a few bacon bits into that mix would just make it pop!
Pizza for lunch, New York style. Saw the Pizza Company has a promo on for these and as my favourite local Pizza joint doesn't open till 16:00, decided to give it a shot. Not bad, but not great. Good enough to chew on while watching sports though and the shitty pic probably doesn't show that they're definitely not small!
